THE BEATLES - Magical Mystery Tour - LP ODEON Red Wax Vinyl Japan !
This is a Japanese-release of The Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour pressed in dark red colour on the ODEON record label (Catalog No. OP-9728)... As you'd notice that the earlier pressing is of dark-red colour. This red vinyl is the one which is rarer and doesn't turns up often compared to the group's other Japanese-pressed dark red-wax LPs... The gatefold sleeve comes with attached fully-intact 24-page full-colour picture book and original ads inner sleeve. Clear, straight and fully intact spine and opening, only minutely worn corners, unworn edges and just slightly off colour in places due to age.. graded EX/EX++. The labels are graded EX+++ to MINT(-), very little spindle marks. The vinyl is flat, just a very faint scuff / cartridge-skipping mark on each side, graded EX- visually... amazingly, it's devoid of unwanted background noise, crystal clear sound quality. Just a very faint tick/skip right at the start of side 1 track 5, strictly and properly graded EX+++ to MINT(-) aurally... would've been graded MINT(-) quite easily if not for the blemishes stated above. Words alone just wouldn't do justice to the superb audiophile sound quality. It's easily one of the sounding LPs in my collection.
