Description
The Beatles "Magical Mystery Tour" Capitol SMAL 2835 first-pressing, 1967 stereo factory-sealed LP. This is the original gatefold issue weighing in at 1 pound, 0.6 ounces approx 475 grams. It also has STEREO at the top of the spine and the Capitol dome/script style catalog number at the bottom in black print. There is 1 x 1/8" breathe-holes spaced vertically along the left side of the front opening edge of the cover. You can tell the shrink is all-original because of the micro-oxydation and microscopic-tanning around the inner edges of the bottom breathe-hole.The shrink is perfect apart from a tiny hole on the spine just above the SMAL 2385 approx 3mm x 8 mm otherwise perfect.
Bought as part of an amzing collection all from 1967-1968 these included love LP's mono,Velvets mono 1st mono etc so im sure its a true original any queries please email as i am not an expert on US pressings
