Early Pressing
Booklet intact, but is about to give up,
we don't want to tape it
Capitol Rainbow Label reads mfg by Capitol Records
The words "subsidiary of" does not appear
Pressed in Jacksonville, Fla.
Run out grooves read Side one: SMAL1 2835 A11 #2, the a is
boxed like an H with a long line closing the boxed A
Side Two: SMAL2 2835 B8 2(no hash mark) the a is crossed
the same way. An o is on both sides indicating Jacksonville.
The owner claims it was bought in the first few days of
Stereo release. The vinyl LP weighs 130 grams.

Our Grading
SS:Still Sealed - in factory-fresh condition
M : Mint - perfect, factory-fresh but opened. If you have 2 of the same Mint albums and can tell one from the other, one of them is not MINTVG++ : Actually Mint Minus - a near perfect, probably unplayed or lightly played record. We hate tossing that MINT word around, very misunderstood.
Unplayed : does not mean Mint. It usually means we know the history of the record and to our knowledge, has not been out of the jacket (Usually a promo).
VG+ : Very Good Plus close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to VG+. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.
VG : Very Good - a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG- : Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
G+ : Good Plus. In the vinyl record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records.
This is from a collection of both standard, odd, and obscure Vintage Vinyl, (as well as some more recent) Albums we picked up last month from an estate sale & auction. Some were sealed, some looked unplayed, or played very little, what we call lightly played. If a records condition is obviously well used, we don't sell them. We have had very few so far that we call too worn to sell , we are pretty picky about what we do sell, most everything looks very playable. If we have a doubt we don't sell it. We stand by everything we sell. These are "mostly" 40 or MORE years old and some may have mold spores not visible to the naked eye. While cleaning each record is not necessary, we would recommend it. Anything obvious is cleaned here. We don't sell junk, PERIOD.
IF WE CLEAN its only a spritz of distilled water with an Alsop Orbitrack
on an anti-static mat.
Most collectors would rather clean them themselves so chemicals are not used.
