> Feature: Record has the black Capitol label, with no "subsidiary" reference in the rim print. Credits on the center labels are unlike any of the well-known four variations. On this record, Side 1 credits the first TWO songs (I Want to Hold Your Hand and I Saw Her Standing There) to BMI, and the remaining four songs to ASCAP. Side 2 credits all songs to ASCAP. While not the first variation, the credits on this record are unlike the second through fourth variations for this album.
CONDITION: Record is in much better condition VG+ than the album cover. Record has been play graded and has no skips on either side. Record is glossy with light sleeve scratches on both sides. Side 1has a long but light scratch that does not cause any skips or pops. Side 2 has no skips, but a few pops in Little Child. Center labels are in good condition, with minor spindle rubbing and a name written lightly in blue ink in the rainbow on Side 2 and small light scratches of the black paper on both sides. Album cover is in poor condition, has split and been repaired at 3 sides with old masking tape, and has a name written in blue ink at the front upper left corner. Spine is covered with the masking tape. Album cover front photo is still in pretty good condition with signs of wear. Sleeve is plain white with age-related darkening at the edges.
