Magical Mystery Tour - New Zealand 70's World Record Club - 1st. label release with updated WRC logo - VERY SCARCE!!
This is the first World Record Club (WRC) label BUT the WRC logo is the newer version that appeared on the later pressings. This is VERY SCARCE and was probably only available for a very short time.
The correct WRC inner sleeve is included.
The matrix numbers are SMAL 1-2835 B24 on side 1 and SMAL 2-2835-A23 #4 on side 2.
Assuming the matrix number is at 6 o’clock, the Scranton pressing plant logo appears at 3 o’clock on the a side and 4 o’clock on the b side.
On side 1 , track 5 is mis spelt as You mother should know.
The front cover for this release is identical to page 10 of the booklet that came with the US LP.
