THE BEATLES 1964 45rmp - the Beatles are SINGING IN GERMAN, plastic centre insert.
I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND / SHE LOVES YOU Original paper picture sleeve with damage to the centre left side [4" approx clean split] and the centre bottom [3" approx clean split]. The name 'Laura Stephens' is penned at top right corner on the front of sleeve, and top left is penned 28.4.1968. Top opener with edge wear and a few tiny tears. I test played this in 2014 and noted it played straight through both sides with no skips or jumps. Unable to check it now as I no longer have a record player so selling as seen. I can see a couple of feint surface scratches but they obviously didn't affect play in 2014 .
Stamped in the vinyl are the Matrix - 7 XBE 1505 and 7 XBE 1506. On the centre label is 0 22 671 / 45-O-29 502, 7 XBE 1505 and 6. Made in Germany, recorded in Paris. I was told this was a first press and possibly an ex juke box single. But because I'm no expert in this field, I'm sure those people who are will know if that is the case.
