Description
The BEATLES. PLEASE PLEASE ME/ASK ME WHY. Original PARLOPHONE label 45-R 4983 issued in the UK in 1963. Matrix numbers are Side one 7XCE 17217-1N With M at 3 o'clock and UPT1 at 9 o'clock. Side two 7XCE 17218-1N With GD at 3 o'clock and UPT1 at 9 o'clock.
I have played both sides and I would say it plays NEAR EXCELLENT on the A side and at least VG+ on the B side. It has just a few very very light clicks mainly at the start and end on the A and a little light crackle on the B. Nothing bad at all and still has a FANTASTIC sound both sides. There are NO jumps or sticks. The vinyl still has a fairly nice shine. It has surface marks both sides but nothing that looks really bad. For the Label conditions please look at the photo's. Just some spindle wear.
