For sale is this Extremely Rare and long out of print complete set of 3 Capitol / Evatone Records # 420826CS (Red), # 420828CS (Clear/white), # 420827CS (Blue) Promotional Flexi Discs, “Compliments of Sam Goody”. The records look mint and are housed in a plain clear sleeve! This is truly a fine set of all 3! Also the rarest of the 3 different sets and are extremely limited!

These "red, white, and blue" flexi discs were issued by Capitol as promotional giveaways to encourage the sale of the Capitol catalog of Beatles LPs. The transparent 7-1/4" square discs were adhered to a card with photos of the group on the front visible through the soundsheet. The three discs were issued in July of 1982 and given away by the Musicland, Discount, and Sam Goody record stores. Each store had their own custom logo on the back of each of the sequentially numbered photo/title cards. One disc was given away with the purchase of any Capitol Beatles album. The reason this set is so hard to find is that the records were given out individually and not as a set. You could make 3 purchases and end up with 2 blue records and one white. The Sam Goody variations are the most obscure of the other titles and are worth more than the others.

All 3 Flexi Discs are housed in a clear plastic protective sleeve. They are in mint condition!
