Description
Here is an original 1963 Australian pressing of the very first Beatles LP "Please Please Me" - on the gold Parlophone label. It is an original Mono pressing. Parlophone PMCO 1202. The front cover has some fading & discolouration as does the back and someones name in small letters has been liquid papered over on the back as well. It is fairly well worn as a whole. Condition G+. The record label on the "A" Side has small small tear marks but is very clean & intact on the "B" Side. The discs themselves would be around VG except for small small scuff marks on Side A (does not affect play) but there is also a deeper mark on Side B (final 2 tracks) which is audible - it still plays through though. On that basis overall record grading would be VG-/G+. It has been played a little bit but is by no means totally destroyed like many copies I have seen of this LP. It still has quite a clean appearance. A good chance to own their very 1st LP for a low reserve price!!
