On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Paul McCartney called 'Please Please Me' and is a 1965 UK 6th pressing on the Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AND MASSIVELY RARE!!!! IN FACT THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP EVER!!!! IT WAS PRESSED IN LATE 1965 AND ONLY IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS!!!! BY 1965 BEATLES FANS HAD MOVED ON TO THEIR LATEST LPS (LIKE 'HELP!' OR 'RUBBER SOUL') AND SALES OF 'PLEASE PLEASE ME' HAD FALLEN CONSIDERABLY. AS A RESULT THIS 6TH PRESSING IS FAR FAR RARER THAN THE MORE COMMON '4TH PRESSINGS' OF 1963 (WHICH IS WHAT MOST SALES OF THIS LP HAD TAKEN PLACE ON). NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1965 UK 6TH PRESSING ON THE YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABEL, ORIGINAL PLAIN WHITE INNER SLEEVE, 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT, A 'SMALL' MONO ON THE COVER FRONT, NO 'FIRST PUBLISHED' TEXT, AND ORIGINAL FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' COVER!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 6th pressing from 1965 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is PMC 1202 on the ORIGINAL Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO pressing!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, only 3 or 4 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle, and only some VERY low level background sound on the occassional gap and run on grooves - NOT in the music!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Very Good+!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The Original Flipback Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is flat looking), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO rubbing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
