Description

The Beatles Revolver Original First Press 1966 Mono UK LP ..

Parlophone PMC 7009 ,,

matrix numbers: XEX 605-2 //XEX 606-1 with stampers 1G // 1R ..

with Factory sample not for sale sticker side 1

This would have been from the very first batch issued and of course quickly withdrawn from sale because of the wrong mix of Tomorrow Never Knows track, this has been in my collection since the early 1990's a much sought after XEX 606-1 with very early 1G//1R stampers and factory sample stickered label,

This is exactly as it was when I purchased it  all those years ago complete with the patents applied for inner and original Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve, record and labels are nicely presented, playing surfaces retain that super glossy sheen and look great with a few light marks in places, playback is fine,
I haven't put this on a turntable in years until the other day and it's highly enjoyable I noticed a few ticks beginning of Love You To otherwise it's fine audio throughout graded VG condition, the sleeve is in good condition firm and clean has a bit of a scrape top left/hand corner and spine as I said it's the original and has not been swapped around like so many, complete with the original white patents applied for inner which is nicely flat no seam splits just a bit of age fading,

So here's my genuine First Press Mono Revolver with 1/1 stampers and original factory sample sticker ..never offered for sale before, starting this at £50.00 low start and no reserve, no buy it nows or offers the auction will run to the end, Thanks,
