Up for auction is a beautiful original mono pressing of The Beatles Revolver album, originally released in the U.S on Capitol Records (T-2442) in 1966:
-Guaranteed original Mono pressing, not reissue -Original black 'rainbow" Capitol labels -No "subsidiary" on label rim

-Still in opened factory shrink wrap -I AM triangle (Scranton pressing) in deadwax -Original and correct gold Capitol inner sleeve -Original paste-down cover -No UPC/bar code on cover -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile inner sleeve
Condition: Cover is in beautiful condition, still protected by original opened shrink wrap. No significant signs of wear or age. Seams are great, no wear or cracking. Corners are sharp, no wear, just one has a small bump (see photo). White edges are white, just top right corner and open edge shows a small amount of age discoloration (see photo). Back looks clean and matte black, no ring wear whatsoever as you'll find on almost every copy. Shrink is clean and shiny, no tears, tight, no yellowing. Truly a nice copy, fresh and clean.
Grade: Excellent (EX)
Vinyl is also beautiful, still retains its original glossy shine. No significant scratches or scuffs, but under a strong light, a few faint, superficial tiny marks here and there show up, nothing deep or serious, nothing that should affect the quality of playback which is excellent. Labels are clean, unmarked, no marks around spindle holes, which look fresh. Looks like this record has been played maybe only a couple times previously but handled with care.
Spot Play-Tested: I have spot play-tested this record, and when played in the recommended Mono Mode, the sound quality is excellent, generally clean and clear. Plays very quiet even on the lead-in grooves, with just the fainest hint of pressing noise that fades out when music kicks in. True full-bodied mono fidelity which is far superior to the reprocessed stereo versions of this record. If you want to hear how this record was meant to sound, you must hear it in mono.
Grade: Excellent (EX), better than typical VG+ copes
Combined Shipping:
Yes, I offer significant combined shipping discounts. Just ask!
How I Pack Your Records:
I remove the records with inner sleeves from the covers prior to packing. I sandwich the record between two pieces of cardboard for padding and protection. I also reinforce the corners of the shipping box to protect the corners of the record jacket from damage.
International Shipping:
Because of unreliable postal services, buyers in France and Italy must pay for Expedited international shipping, which includes tracking and insurance. I've had too many records lost or damaged shipping to these countries. Also, I do not ship to Central or South America, or China.
100% satisfaction guaranteed, no risk buying. My 100% positive feedback allows you to buy with confidence. Returns accepted, no questions asked.
