It comes with the rare 'G' stapler on side 2. the Original Cover and First Press Inner Sleeve with Polythene Lining, intact and in great condition. States: "USE EMITEX..." & "IMPORTANT - TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR MICROGROOVE RECORDS ..." 

This is a superb Ultra Rare pressing of the classic beatles album, with the STEREO logo on the record labels. Great vinyl, great cover and Top Audio throughout!

ALBUM PLAYED FOR AUDIO GRADING:

Rubber Soul is a complex and varied piece of music, and  a difficult album to find in an original state and with great audio. This extremely rare pressing is a great audio pleasure, and a particularly clear, bright cut. This stereo mix is also significantly different to the mono mixes, with tonal emphasis and movement of the instruments being noticeably different. 

The audio plays with incredibly strong, clear sound. Superb sound, every minute and track has been tested and there are no obvious sound blemishes. There is barely any light occasional static, it plays with wonderful TOP audio, NO sticks or jumps what so ever, and minimal sound between the tracks. I will give a detailed account below:

Side 1. starts of with 'Drive my car', and the audio is crystal clear, amazing sound, with virtually no static and no loud pops or clicks, just some static during the run ins.  

'Norwegian Wood' sounds fantastic with minimal static at all, just super clear sound, and this is the track on Rubber Soul that so often suffers from a lot of surface noise and over playing. There is none here. 

'You wont See Me', again plays with great clear and bright sound and still no loud pops or clicks and no detectable static, just two very light barely audible dull pops in the second verse. 

'No Where Man' and 'Think For Yourself' again play with great audio, no tics, no loud pops, clicks or static. 

Leading into the delicate 'Michele', always a real test for Rubber Soul, this track plays with NO loud clicks or pops, NO distortion, a barely any detectable static and no sound blurring. Very clear audio, it really sounds great. This is a  great audio performance and a really brilliant pressing.

The music jumps out, with definition and clarity, particularly on the percussion instruments, and vocals which come through with tremendous power. As with the bass guitar and drums, whilst the guitars come through crisp and clear. The audio is superb on this unusual stereo mix. 

This great record plays up to the visual grading and beyond.  Its a very enjoyable and loud press of this ultra rare vinyl. 

THE RECORD - VISUAL GRADING

A great piece of glossy vinyl. Both sides are almost entirely unmarked. NO hairlines and absolutely NO scratches. A couple of the faintest handling marks only. A great press of this extremely rare vinyl.

A lovely piece of HEAVY glossy vinyl. Deep clear grooves that can only be found on the original early pressings. The record has great shine and minimal handling marks. 

VINYL TESTED FOR ANY SIGNS OF WARPING:

Yes, NONE visible what so ever when tested be sight and on a moving turntable.

LABELS 

Splendid deeply coloured attractive examples.  No wear around the hole areas, with just one or two ultra light spindle traces to be found. This still fits very tightly around the record spindle. Great examples.

COVER 

This great record comes with original UK sleeve printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. This is a great complete example of the brilliant Rubber Soul cover. Laminated on the front only, and with the 1st press MONO / STEREO assignation on the rear bottom flip-back, stating STEREO PCS 3075 at the top. These covers rarely fared well, usually having heavy ring wear and tears, with a lot of yellowing to the background. Not this one! It has no tears or splits, again very hard to find. 

This great example has minimal rubbing to the corners, and none to the spine, which is largely square and true, with all the text complete in tact. 

The rear cover has virtually no discolouration or fading  (clearly shown in the images) and NO ring wear, stains, writing, as clearly shown in the images.

A great original first press example and extremely rare in this condition. There are a couple of faint, tiny creases on the font, this cover would be hard to ever better. 

INNER

Comes with The Original First Press Inner Sleeve with Polythene Lining, intact and in stunning condition. States: "USE EMITEX..." & "IMPORTANT - TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR MICROGROOVE RECORDS ...", as well as a replacement inner sleeve for added protection EXCELLENT PLUS condition, - NO tears around the die cut opening, NO seem splits and NO wear at the top. virtually no discolouration. A great example.

MINT: Virtually unplayed. The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover is pristine.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

V.G PLUS: The record will still be nice and shiny, but may have a few light marks, and will play well. Slight wear and tear on the cover.

V.G: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, etc.
