A RARE SEALED BEATLES 1ST PRESSING

Anthology 3

This is a SEALED Triple 12" Vinyl Stereo LP Album released by Apple Records #C1-34451 on the Apple Label with the cream-colored background. Sealed in a Tri-Fold cover. MINT!

Released in October 1996 this is an Original 1ST Pressing with the Yellow Sticker on the front cover and includes 50 tracks of alternate takes, unreleased goodies, rarities and outtakes. Anthology 3 comprises 50 tracks from the period of 1968-1970 including alternate versions of "Helter Skelter," "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da," "Hey Jude," "Long and Winding Road," and "Get Back" grace this album, along with Beatles versions of "What's the New Mary Jane" (forever their latest single), "Teddy Boy," "Mailman, Bring Me No More Blues," (almost released with Sessions), and a 1969 remake of "Ain't She Sweet." Shortly before and at the time of this album's release came the rumors of a "third single"--recorded by the three surviving ex-Beatles but not promoted. Those rumors proved false.
