DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE : just a tiny bit of wear at the corners, this is absolutely Superb!..Laminate nice and tight...all lovely and clean..spine lettering clear: EX+

CUTOUT: Superb...like new: EX+ 

RED/WHITE INNER: very slight 'rippling', otherwise Superb: EX

VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few very fine surface hairlines...plays SUPERBLY with no more than just very occasional faint surface noise which is barely noticeable...no pops, clicks, or distortion...Beautiful clear sound: VISUAL EX- / AUDIO EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
