BEATLES - SGT PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND  1st UK PRESSING Parlophone PCS 7027 MONO 1967
VINYL visual M- audio EX+ / EX++ Test play revealed no skips, sticks or clicks. Deep full clean sound. Clearly been played only a small number of times.  Sound quality throughout is free from any traces of distortion. A few very, very fine hairlines (from removing record from inner sleeve) but you really do have to look at the record against a VERY strong light to see them.  Otherwise looks as new - in beautiful condition. Has been stored and unplayed for decades. Perfectly flat. 
Matrix / Runout (Side A, stamped variant 1): XEX 637 -1 Matrix / Runout (Side B, stamped variant 1): XEX 638 -1 
LABELS: M- No marks or blemishes at all.  Black and yellow logo label with silver text: ‘The Gramophone Co.’ in the radial text  and ‘Sold in the U.K. Subject To Resale Price Conditions, See Price Lists’ across label at centre, with ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ at foot. 
SLEEVE EX+ Garrod & Lofthouse laminated gatefold sleeve (flipback glue-tabs on inner spread). Narrow spine - clean with full wording.  Perfectly structurally sound. No marks, tears or blemishes, no creases or any other significant signs of wear. 
INNER SLEEVE EX+ Original inner sleeve with red half-tone 'psychedelic' design.  'Sgt Pepper' written in small letters in ballpoint pen (see photo).
INSERT EX+ / M- Full-colour, single-sided card insert for 'cut-outs'. Printed signatures of Blake/Haworth at foot.
A TRULY LOVELY COPY OF THE VERY FIRST PRESSING OF THIS AMAZING LANDMARK ALBUM!
