From Capitol Records (SMAS 2653) this is SGT PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND by The BEATLES.  It is a second US stereo pressing released in 1967 on the black rainbow label with logo at top and print in silver; star burst in matrix indicates west coast plant.   NEMS is mentioned but not Maclen bottom right back surface of jacket; corrected song title on label: With A Little Help From My Friends.  
Condition is beautiful!
The jacket is NEAR MINT MINUS showing minor ring wear on back surface (see photos); no seam splits and very strong spine. Corners are perfect 90-degree angles (no bumped corners) and show almost no wear.  There are no signs of excessive aging -- no fading or toning -- and no signs of abuse.  The original inner sleeve is not present nor is the insert.  All colors are bright and vibrant.
The labels show no spindle marks; playing surfaces show only two light buffs that shouldn't affect play -- NO SCRATCHES, not even faint hairline marks.   The vinyl's original lustre shines through making this LP at least NEAR MINT, probably better.     
Overall, a very fine piece that's most certainly a showcase item as well as a record you'll play again and again. We have packaged the LP within a rice paper inner sleeve in separate heavy jacket for shipping and for your long-term storage needs at home.   Low opening bid with NO RESERVE.
