THE BEATLES "SGT. PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND"
1967 PARLOPHONE
PMC 7027 - Mono
A very scarce first pressing of the classic Beatles LP in MONO.
- Garrod & Lofthouse laminated sleeve
- Includes cut outs and rare red and white inner bag
- Credited to "The Gramaphone Co. Ltd" & "Sold In The UK" wording which only appeared on the first press!
- Matrix number on run out groove is XEX 638-1
This copy is graded as G/VG, in accordance with Record Collector's recognized grading system. The LP has been kept in good condition in an additional paper/poly sleeve and plays through with no defects or interruptions to the sound. The sleeve has faired well for a 44 year old record, but does exhibit wear to the spines and open sides. The rare original inner bag has a minor tear to the very top open side, but the cut out is in great shape for its age. Slight scuffing to the corners and creases in the laminate covering, but still a good example of a hard to find LP.
