Description

The Beatles---"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"---Original UK 1st Pressed MONO Album In EX/NM Condition On The Yellow/ Black Parlophone Label--- -1 and -1 From 1967---Unusual Mothers/Stampers With "Cartoons"

This is a UK copy from 1967 in mono on the yellow/black Parlophone label, cat. no. PMC 7027 with matrices -1 and -1. The mothers/stampers are 8/AMP (but there are 2 "cartoon" marks above the 8, one looking like "Chad" looking over a wall) & 7/MGO (but there is a 3 above the 7)

Vinyl: EX. The vinyl is in lovely condition with a great shine and just a couple of small feelable scratch marks at the start of side 1, which give 13 light ticks until it settles and plays with superb audio quality with a little light surface noise in quiet parts.

Labels: EX. The labels are in lovely condition with no markings and side 1 has the KT tax code. There is normal use but light spindle wear.

Sleeve: N.MINT. The gatefold sleeve is in very solid condition with hardly any wear. The inside flips are solid and clean and it is just the spine which has a small amount of wear. The shine is beautiful. The original mono red and white inner sleeve is in EX condition as is the original cut out sheet.

With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.

Many thanks for looking at this and our other vinyl to be auctioned.

Please note that all records we sell, unless they are unplayed, are listened to in their entirety and are graded generously according to Record Collector guidelines. None of the vinyl has jumps or skips unless advised in the description.

We can send by insured post if required--please check for price.
