Description

This album was scheduled for release in 1979 but withdrawn when Capitol realized that the majority of the tracks were not rare in the U.S.  Plans for release were abandoned before any album covers were produced.  A small number of discs were pressed but never commercially released. The cover pictured here was created by me.  It has no impact on value.

It is a tough piece to find!

This album should not be confused with 'The Beatles Rarities' (SHAL-12060), album which was commercially released in March, 1980.  It also differs from 'The Beatles Rarities' (SPRO-8969), released as part of the 'The Beatles Collection' (BC-13) in November, 1978.
