Description
The BEATLES Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album on Capitol's purple label late 70s vinyl release. This copy has H-59, H-52 and JAM (JIM?) written in the run-out groove, placing it among the many variations of purple label analog pressings from the late 70's. These editions are for now the best available examples of the pre-digital Beatles uniquely mixed Capitol LPs on vinyl.
Record looks like new, shiny, played very little and well taken care of. I can't find anything to report on either side, this is a clean fresh and bright example. H-59, H-52 and JAM (JIM?) is/are written in run-out groove. Jacket is VG+ and cut-out sheet is included with a very slight bend to lower left corner.
This record is part of a collection from a private collector that is making certain titles available on eBay for the first time. A very well taken care of selection, especially the discs. Please see my other auctions for nearly forty titles in the first grouping from the collection: Beatles, Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. Many super fine condition first releases, all analog vinyl original LPs. I will pay for shipping and package well for safe arrival.
