BRISTOLS No.1 RARE RECORD SHOP *Item for sale*
BEATLES - Sgt Pepper - UK 1st Press *WIDE SPINE MONO* EARLY STAMPERS
This is the cleanest 1st press mono we've come across in decades. The vinyl
surfaces are near mint other than a very small mark at the very beginning of
one side, which has no effect on sound. Other than a little static in the run-ins
the sound is fantastic, virtual silence between tracks, very clean surfaces.
As far as the cover goes, there's a small crease near the centre of the back
cover, otherwise the cover, gatefold, and insert are clean. A little creasing/
soiling to the original inner.
This copy is very early, matrix and stampers are as follows;
XEX 637-1 1 GD / XEX 638-1 2 GG
We think the buyer will be very happy with this one, it sounds great and is very
rare in this condition. Not stone mint, but truly excellent.
Check out all the photos.
