Description
BEATLES: Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band, UK Parlophone PCS 7027 1st stereo pressing LP, 1967. Unbelievable copy here! The original owner replaced the original printed paper inner for this LP - this copy was always stored in a UK 60s poly-inner, not originally meant for this LP. This fact has greatly contributed to the superb condition of this example of Sgt. Pepper. The original inner is missing. The upside of this is that this copy is definitely the very best I have ever seen! I swore I would keep it, but then again, why not make somebody else happy?
This LP comes with -1, -1 matrixes and 2 GMP, 1 GOG mothers / stampers.
VINYL is graded a perfect MINT(-), looks absolutely new. Played maybe once, who knows maybe never. The one spindlemark per side may be from the factory checking (usually unplayed LPs have 'one spindlemark' per side). LP is flat and spins without warps. It was played carefully on top equipment to test it, and it plays Nr MINT all the way with stunning 'as new' sound.
COVER is superb MINT-, I cannot say I have seen a better one, lamination is perfect, no backspine peel. There's a tiny crease in lower right corner. See pics. A stunning cover!
INNER – there's none. The inner this lp was stored in over the years was a standard UK poly-inner ca 1967. The LP will be shipped in a new poly-inner (as will all my Lps).
INSERT is MINT, see pics.
Good luck bidding for this incredible piece of recording history. And don't forget check out my other superb Beatles Lps on auction!
Payment, Shipping & Multiple items
I accept paypal and bank-transfers (ask for the nessesary codes).
To get shipping quote for a single LP, use shipping calculator. But... for auctions or totals exceeding 80 GBP, please wait for invoice. For 80+ GBP orders an additional 8 GBP is charged to cover the 75 DKK registration fee. This gives you a tracking number.
You will save shipping cost on Multiple items, of course. Wait for invoice and you'll see the combined shipping price. You will NEVER pay more than my actual cost, often you'll pay 10-15% less than is costs me. In other words I try to keep the shipping costs down.
Packing
Special german-made cruciform-mailers designed for multiple LPs are used, even for single LP packages. The boxes are oversized and thus provide extra corner protection as well as great stiffness to the package. Addtional protection may also be used when found nessesary, such as stiffeners, bubble-wrap, extra corner-protection. I do not charge for anything packing materials.
Gradings
MINT(-) is as close to new as a used LP or cover can get, unplayed or played 1-2 times at most.
MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else, aside from possibly a barely visible and inaudible hairline. All minor blemishes will be mentioned in the individyal description.
EX or EXCELLENT is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
VG, rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description for the actual faults.
Play Grading
I play grade parts of or whole LPs to determine the actual sound-quality of the item. Playgrading is done on a quality system with an Linn LP12 as the main source. The sound-quality of any individual LP is garuanteed to closely correspond to the visual appearance, unless other notes are given in the description.
Your Guarantee
