My clearout continues!
I'm now clearing our a batch of classic rock, prog and 60's LPs that I bought in a collection a few years back, a pretty complete collection but I don't really need all the titles. Watch this space for more titles.......
you're bidding for:
BEATLES - Sgt Peppers orig Fourth Proof UK Mono vinyl LP VG/VG inc inner & insert
cat: PMC 7027 matrix: XEX 637-1 XEX 638-1 stampers: 1 AAL 2 AOR
The vinyl still has a nice gloss and even though there are numerous hairlines marks and a few faint scuffs, there's only one which is feelable. This is towards the end of the first track and causes light clicks for a few rotattions. Other than that the playgrade is a solid VG, odd light crackle but great mono reproduction with no skips or sticks.
The fofurth proof sleeve also grades as VG, but towrads the top of the grade. There are 2 heavyish corner rubs and the spine is quite cracked, although still legible. There are no splits, tears or writing and all internal flipbacks are intact but there is light general wear to the open edges. The card insert is EX+ with no real wear and both yellow and black labels are EX+ with moderate spindle wear but no writing or stickers. KT tax code visible on side 2. The red and white inner is a nice VG, intact with light wear but a mark across one side ( see pics).
Smoke free, pet free house. Good luck bidding!
