Here is a very special Beatles rarity on our hands! In Turkey there have been few variations for Beatles picture sleeves. There's the classic early one with the blue background which was generic for many early records, then the single-page extremely rare exclusive Paperback Writer sleeve and then this one, commonly known as "the four faces cover", which was used for many of the later releases, take it from the 1965 records to the very late Odeon releases.

This cover, for some reason, is extremely hard to come by.. very obviously this was never printed as many as the "blue cover" one.. but here, even more interesting is that it houses tunes from actually the band's Apple period on the Turkish Odeon label! Surely these Odeon's are legit releases but also next to impossible to find them since Apple was also represented here in Turkey and this 45 was released also on Turkish Apple label.  This may be an example of a truly of only a handful copies of this 45 ever released! I certainly have never seen this before.

This highly unusual and for certain extremely rare record is in happily and surprisingly excellent shape! Beatles records, as everywhere else, have been thoroughly enjoyed in Turkey too and usually records come up pretty much tired and worn, many times without the centers. This one here is nearly EX! Only a few very thin and very light handling lines are evident under light. The surface is nice and glossy with perfect labels and center intact! The cover is very clean and strong VG to VG+. The paper itself is very strong, clean and unworn looking. Spine and lower seam are fine, no wear there but there's a very short tear on the upper left seam. Light tear at the left part of the ring side of the back sleeve. Otherwise no problems and very happily no writings!
