BEATLES UK - WITH THE BEATLES,  MONO.

1963 PMC 1206 -  Yellow and Black Parlophone Label.

A  later  UK  Mono copy in 100% original condition.  

The sleeve  photo shows  a much darker image, a much lighter photo  image was used on later  sleeves.

The sleeve is  made by the printers  ‘E J Day’,  to the rear of the sleeve there is the spelling,  ‘You really gotta hold on me’,  but on the record label this song title is spelt  ‘You really got a hold on me’ !.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE:  is in  very  good++  condition,  the  front of the sleeve is laminated, there is a large black ‘solid’  Mono on the front.   It features a tri flipback design to the rear,   all the flipbacks are well stuck down.  The sleeve is printed by E J Day,   the spine  is  excellent and very white in colour and all the text is readable.  The unlaminated rear of the sleeve has remained  very white and clean, there is  NO  Pen writing  or tears,   a very solid and original untouched sleeve.   The sleeve features the incorrect spelling of  the song title   ‘You really Gotta hold on me’ !

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition and is the original tissue paper  ‘ Use Emitex ’  sleeve,   it is very clean and white for its age.   There is NO Pen,   tears or stains on it.

THE VINYL:  side one is in excellent condition and side Two is in excellent+  condition.    The vinyl  is made  from the period  thick, heavy  vinyl,   it is dark and has a high gloss. 

The Matrix nos. are:        XEX 447 – 7N   and   XEX 448 – 7N, 

The Mother / Stampers are:         ‘ 3     H  T ’   and   ‘ 4     H  A ’.

THE AUDIO:   is excellent,   it plays really well all the way through,  it lays flat on the turntable and plays with NO jumps or skips from the needle.  It plays with a powerful period Mono sound, there is little to spoil the excellent audio listening pleasure. 

THE LABELS:  are  in excellent+  condition,  there is a  ‘MT’ embossed on side One of the label.   The song on side Two, track Three is spelt  ‘You really got a hold on me’.   The publishing credit for the song  ‘Money’ is show as   ‘Dominion Belinda’.
