BEATLES UK - WITH THE BEATLES,  early 1/1 MONO.

1963 PMC 1206 -  Yellow and Black Parlophone Label.

A  UK  Mono copy in 100% original condition with a really excellent audio.

A very early pressing featuring the 1 / 1 matrix.

The rear of the sleeve spells the song title as  ‘You really gotta hold on me’,  but on the record label this song title is spelt  ‘You really got a hold on me’ !.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE:  is in  near excellent condition,  the  front of the sleeve is laminated, there is a large black ‘solid’  Mono on the front.   It features a tri flipback design to the rear,   all the flipbacks are very good and well glued down.    The spine  is  in near excellent condition and is  white in colour and all the text is readable.  The unlaminated rear of the sleeve has remained  clean and white for its age, there is NO  Pen writing,  tears or stains,   a very solid and original sleeve.   The sleeve features the incorrect spelling of  the song title   ‘You really Gotta hold on me’ !

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in near excellent condition and is the original poly lined  ‘ Use Emitex ’  sleeve,   it is very clean and white for its age.  There is NO edge rubbing wear and NO stains, Pen of tears.

THE VINYL:  side One is in very good++ condition,   side Two is in excellent condition,  the vinyl  is made  from the period   thick, heavy vinyl,   it is very dark and has a high gloss, it has seen very little play.  

The Matrix nos. are:        XEX 447 – 1 N   and   XEX 448 – 1 N, 

The Mother / Stampers are:         ‘ 1  O      G  O  T ’   and   ‘ 1 O   G  L  G ’.

THE AUDIO:   is really excellent,   this is the nicest playing copy I have heard for a  long time,  the sections of the record before and after the tracks  are silent, with NO crackle etc.  It lays flat on the turntable and plays with NO jumps or skips from the needle.  

THE LABELS:  are  in excellent+  condition,  there is a  ‘KT’ embossed on side One of the label.   The song on side Two, track Three is spelt  ‘You really got a hold on me’.   The publishing credit for the song  ‘Money’ is shown  as   ‘Dominion Belinda’.
