A UK first issue, top loading copy with a unique serial number of ‘No. 0135890, featuring:

5. as this is a first UK issue, each record label features the George and Ringo songs listed as ‘Apple Publishing’,
6. as this is a first UK issue, record labels one and three have a dark green Apple colour.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition, the double album ‘gate fold’ sleeve is fully laminated. This laminate has remained clean and glossy and is relatively free from many ‘indentations’. On the front of the sleeve it has an embossed ‘Beatles’ logo and a unique individual serial number of, No. 0135890, this number appears clear and bold. The spine is in very good+ condition, it has remained clean, it has some of the usual ‘flaky’ laminate here and there, all of the text on the spine is clear to read. The four opening edges of the sleeve have remained quite sharp for their age. As this is a first UK issue, the two original ‘flip backs’, fold over edges can be seen when the sleeve is opened, these ‘flip backs’ are all excellent and well stuck down. When the sleeve is opened it has remained clean and glossy. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. The front and rear opening edges have some slight age related marks but this doesn't really notice that much.
THE INNER SLEEVES: are the two original ‘Apple’ black inner sleeves and have not been replaced. One is in good++ condition, it has a cellotape repair to one side edge and to the bottom edge and two cellotape repairs around the ‘die cut hole’. It has a 10mm tear to the rear opening edge and some small ‘nicks’ and some ‘fraying’ to the rear opening edge. The other inner sleeve is also in good++ condition, it has a split to each of the side edges and two 80mm tears to the ‘die cut hole’. The rear opening edge has some small ‘nicks’ and some ‘fraying’ to the rear opening edge.
