BEATLES VI
Mega Rare UK Parlophone EXPORT LP (Parlophone CPCS 104)
Extremely rare copy made in the UK for export purposes only and never sold domestically. Beginning in 1965, Parlophone began to press and distribute to other countries copies of LP's that were not available in that form in England. These included Parlophone pressings of several US Capitol albums. These pressings are extremley difficult to find now.  The series prefix "CPCS" was used for US-based albums, with the leading "C" standing for "Capitol."

Side 1: YEEX 112-A15
KT embossed tax code on label

Side 2: YEEX 113-A15
with matrix ST2-2451 crossed-out but still visible

This very rare 1966 1st EXPORT pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: CPCS 104
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Gramophone Co Ltd...' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 2 label.

N.B. This copy uses the American 'Dave Dexter Jr' mixes.

Housed in a front laminated, 'tri-flipback' Garrod & Lofthouse 'Patents Pending' cover .

Condition: This record has seen better days. The record and sleeve are in very good- condition. The sleeve has a split seam.
This record hardly turns up nowadays!
