5/6/1963 / First Press - oval logo and standard colorband. Thick print variant. Songwriting credits are reversed (as is standard on early VJ Beatles releases:
"McCartney - Lennon" (without quotes)
FMTY - ? 47843, MR (stamped), 63-3218, AudioMatrix (stamped) TYG - ? 47843-X, MR (stamped), 63-3219, AudioMatrix (stamped)
sol/wol. Would probably grade at VG. Hairlines and storage scratches. Medium ringwear. See pics for details, or if you want/need more photos, I'm happy to oblige.
In admittedly mis-matched VJ (brackets) sleeve. I will do some searching to see if I can find a true VJ sleeve (with the 6 Vee Jay logos at 1:00, 3:00, 5:00, 7:00, 9:00 and 11:00. Black background with red border). If so, the sleeve will be my treat!
No way to test as I don't have a turntable. Item will be sent for full insured amount, and shipment overseas will depend on final value. I will not falsify customs documents; please do not ask. There is no recourse for me if the item gets lost or broken and I've valued it low. GST/VAT/ customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

I'm sorry to be such a hard-nose, but there have been mysterious 'breakages' where I've had to eat the cost, and I can't afford to keep doing that.
