BEATLES WHITE ALBUM Vinyl LP G/fold Sleeve PCS 7068 w/ Inserts 147349 4th Press, based on researching The Beatles Collection, matrices and label match up with 4th release. Gatefold sleeve, side opening in very goof overall condition, some minor marks and contour storage creasing. Has embossed "The BEATLES" on the front cover, along with No. 147349. Has booklet and photos included, photos have drawing pin holes in corners. Poster has a tear along one half of crease line, see pictures. White inners have small seam splits to bottom edge. Vinyls have some surface marks in places, but all four sides play tested with no issues, just the usual occasional low level surface noise you'd expect. Ref JCA5.
From The Beatles Collection: Fourth pressing, October 1970 – spring 1971. Full laminated white gatefold cover without flaps and with openings at the sides. The front of the cover has “The BEATLES” embossed in raised block letters. The six-digit number appears in gray on the lower right corner. Some copies of the covers without number on the front. Album contained four color portraits of the band and collage poster. The records were housed in Apple company inner sleeves. Record 1 has a dark green labels with “An E.M.I. Recording” text on one line. Record 2 has a dark green labels with “An E.M.I. Recording” text on two lines. Publishing year printed with big copyright symbol (P). Without KT tax code. Matrix numbers: Side 1: YEX 709-1; Side 2: YEX 710-1; Side 3: YEX 711-1; Side 4: YEX 712-1. On any of the four sides can be met numbers 1 or 2. All possible combinations.
Issued with 4 glossy photographs and a folded poster with all lyrics.
Embossed lettering (The Beatles) and number printed on the cover in format No. 000000.
This version opens from the right side of the fully laminated gatefold sleeve. The sleeve spine has both Stereo cat.# and Mono cat.# (See image) The back cover is completely blank, no stereo printed on this version.
