With copies on eBay for sale at £280 and more….here’s your chance to get one for less!!......I’m not a Beatles expert so here’s the details:
* Original first pressing UK 1963 issue
* Black & Yellow Parlophone label PMC 1206 (MONO)
* Matrix Numbers: Side One: XEX 447-1N / Side Two: XEX 448-1N
* Label has ‘The Parlophone Company….’
* Label reads ‘You Really Got a Hold On Me’
* Sleeve reads ‘You Really Gotta Hold On Me’
* Sleeve has large ‘mono’ on front of cover.
* Flipback Sleeve by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.
* Inner Emitext inner sleeve with “Important take good care……”
Record has light lines and plays with ‘pops’ audible on run-in. Cleaned on my vinyl machine it plays very well and the music cuts through fine.
The sleeve has wear and light laminate creases, not serious. The back has a bit of handling mark and some pen marks
