Description
A great opportunity to buy a VINYL LP from the 1960s by The Beatles called "With The Beatles".
This is a U.K. second pressing (having the Dominion Belinda publishing credit for "Money") released in 1963 on the Parlophone (black & yellow) label (PMC 1206) (mono) and has 14 tracks (see photos for track listings).
The matrix numbers in the dead wax are:- XEX 447-7N (side one) and XEX 448-7N (side two).
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny VERY GOOD condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and although there are many light hairline surface marks evident, I have played both sides in their entirety and they both play absolutely fine and sound great.
The labels are clean and free from any writing, stickers or major defects, though there are spindle marks noticeable on both sides.
The record is flat and has no warps of any description.
The record is housed within an original company poly-lined inner sleeve with "Patents Applied For" printed in the bottom corner. It is in a VERY GOOD condition, but with some creasing in the corners.
The Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd front-laminated, flipback picture cover is in an EXCELLENT condition. The edges and spine are still very strong, with the printing on the spine clearly readable (see photo). The back cover is still remarkably clean, with the only blemish being evidence of handling wear next to the opening edge and a small crease at the bottom corner.
This is still a highly collectable Beatles LP and should be of interest to avid collectors.
