BEATLES "With The Beatles" Record Album MFSL 1/2 Speed Re-Mastered

This auction is for an UNPLAYED copy of The Beatles EMI (British) album release titled "With the Beatles". This version is from the MFSL (Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs) half speed remastered series of record albums introduced in the 1970's. This high quality organization "borrowed" the "master tapes" from record companies and REMASTERED them using a meticulous process called HALF SPEED REMASTERING on SUPER VINYL from Japan. The albums were pressed by Victor Company of Japan (JVC). I am going to assume that if you are reading this ad you are already familiar with this SUPERLATIVE line of products.

I am an audiophile who purchased the albums in the late 70's to early 80's and kept them unplayed for "speculation" that they would increase in value. I purchased multiple copies of most of the MFSL albums that I wanted and played them ONCE (to transfer them to tape) on an audiophile quality turntable system which consisted of a Linn Sondek LP-12 turntable, Linn Sondek Ittok LV-II tonearm and Denon 103-S moving coil cartridge. I am now selling my OPENED but UNPLAYED copies of these albums.

I have stored these albums for years in their THICK PROTECTIVE sleeves!

The seller has noticed that the "flip side" of the protective sleeve has only one barely noticeable crease and this dramatically improves the "look" of the album in its sleeve. However, since a bid has already been placed in this auction the seller cannot change the photos. Please trust me when I say that the album is much more "showable" even with the poorest side of the protective sleeve showing (as in the photo) as the digital camera's "flash" higlighted creases that are barely noticeable in NORMAL lighting conditions!

EVEN THOUGH it is quite OBVIOUS from READING the item description and from LOOKING AT THE PICTURES that this auction is for an OPENED BUT UNPLAYED record album I am adding this clarifier because a reckless bidder purchased (using Buy It Now) my OPENED BUT UNPLAYED copy of "The White Album". He received his refund and I am adding this clarifier to my auctions to avoid this situation with current and future bidders. I hope this clears up any confusion! Sincerely, Greg
