Hi: Well here`s something I said I would never sell. This is one of the nicest STEREO BUTCHERS YOU WILL FIND!! Much rarer than the common Mono copy. As you can see, the seams except at the very bottom right hand corner at the opening are near perfect. The bottom right opening is notorious for starting to split as this one has just begun and this is the only seam split, which is small. Look at the lettering, it`s fantastic with no excuses. Beatles Yesterday and Today, stereo ST 2553 ARE ALL THERE WITH NO EXCUSES. This is a number 5 designation which is also pretty rare. The pasteover is just starting to lift which exposes the Butcher photo that lies beneath. The pictures pretty much tell the story of this very nice offering. I have kept this in a frame for a very long time, keeping everyones hands OFF. Don`t you wish everyone would have done this with these very special lp`s? Well anyways, here it is on the block to sell as it`s time for a new owner who will appreciate it as much as I have. This Second State Stereo will only go up in value as the years go by. The album which is not the most valuable part is also in excellent condition with very fine hairline scratches. Perry Cox has the most awesome talent for finding these covers, but he missed this fine example. Just kidding Perry, you are the man without a doubt!! Questions? Ask BEFORE auctions end. I have had many questions as to the seams. The pic of the album slick slightly lifted shows the only split and is very common as it takes the brunt of the lp as it slides in to the jacket. This is a very nice example. One just sold for $1,254.00 that was not as nice as this one!!
