Description

Beatles Yesterday and Today ST-2553 Mispress at SRC, this pressing plays the 1966 mono tape.
Although this repressing is marked as stereo on the sleeve, on the label, and uses a Capitol stereo prefix (ST) for the matrices, this pressing used the mono mix; not a 'fold down' resulting from a production error but the actual US mono master from 1966, including the 3 "USA" mixes for tracks A2, A4 and B1. (Some Specialty pressings of Beatles VI from 1986 are similarly in mono.)

Label - 1986 Rainbow with print inside the color band. NO SPINDLE MARKS.
Vinyl - NM play and visual grade.
Cover - VG++ shows very light aging. Upper right corner has a crease in the paste on slick.
Seams - No splits.
Spine - No cracking or splitting.
Record cleaned using a AUDIO DESK ULTRA SONIC cleaner.
All albums protected by a 6mm outer sleeve and a mofi inner sleeve.
