Customer is responsible for shipping.  20% restocking fee for all wrongly ordered items.  If product is defective or DOA we will exchange or refund the customer full amount of original order. We reserve the right to exchange product before refund.  If product was not professionally installed refund is subject to restocking fee. We give a 60 day warranty from date arrival on all internet orders, unless specified. EXTENDED WARRANTY is avaliable on most items, call 800-499-2277 and ask for the service dept about an EXTENDED WARRANTY.

All returned goods are guaranteed to work.  Some returned speakers may be missing accessories (such as screws, grills, etc) . If customer wants to return product, must call 800-499-2277 in order to receive a return authorization. A 10% auction & restocking fee (minimum $2) will be charged to all  non-paying bidders. If fee paid we will not leave a not paying bidder.  If customer refuses to pay we will leave non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback.  But if you pay within 10 days you have nothing to worry about.  If customer pays a insufficient amount then we will e-mail and request the rest of the amount.  After 10 days of not completing an order we will refund the amount minus the auction restocking fee. We get 200+ e-mails a day, so please be patient when it comes to e-mails with questions.  Some NEW SPAM FILTERS have rejected our responses so please call during business hours (8:00am-4:30pm pacific) before assuming we are ignoring you.  Customer is responsible to contact us during business hours if e-mail response is not received. We ship mostly UPS. And what we sell are real OEM factory radios not some aftermarket unit that is suppose to fit. If we have something like that the description will say so.
