BEATLES for sale NORWAY incredibly rare lilac old label 1964
UK export Garrod&Lofthouse fold-out cover. Norwegian cut ORIGINAL innersleeve.
Pressed in extremely limited quantities in Norwegian press, as all Beatles albums also were imported in abundance from Sweden and UK for sale in Norway.
This rare NORWEGIAN 1st MONO pressing dates from late 1964 on the LILAC & silver 'old-style' Parlophone label: PMC1240
Pressed from UK metalwork with 1st pressing matrices: XEX 503-3N & XEX 504-4N
This is the original thicker, heavier chunky slab of vinyl only found like this on the earliest original Norway pressings!
(Swedish&German pressings are much more flimsier and less robust)
It plays with a lovely deep bassey feel only found like this on early pressings!
Housed in a UK-printed, outer-laminated mono gatefold mono cover
Condition: VG/VG
