Description
The Beatles Bulletin The Magazine of the Official National Beatles Fan Club December 1964 Christmas Issue
1964 Season's Greetings from the Beatles 33 1/3 rpm flexi disc on one side of a tri-fold cardboard mailer, see images.
Very rare first American Holiday greeting from the Beatles, sent only to American Fan Club members in this first year of the American Club. The only year between 1963-1965 that the American Fan Club issued a Christmas Greeting. This is an edited version of the British holiday greeting from 1963, as they felt there wasn't enough time to record, ship and then press a greeting in time for the 1964 holiday. They hadn't issued an American greeting in 1963, and again didn't issue one for 1965.
Excellent condition copy, barely played, the flexi-disc is glossy and smooth, and was played 1 time to be sure it played through (fantastic).
This was found tucked inside a pristine 1957 copy of Bobby Jaspar All Stars on Emarcy Records, with a lot of jazz LP's all pristine in condition. (See the Miles Davis Kind of Blue I just sold)
I have been selling, buying and trading records for more han 30 years, and grade fairly. This is a no reserve auction, it will sell, and will be shipped First Class (for free) packed flat in a cardboard mailer, properly insured, and ready for the serious collector's enjoyment. Easily clean enough to frame, mount, etc.
