This is just one of 9 original beatles albums i will be listing,all of which are very nice.On offer here is a original 1965 mono press of "rubber soul"

Cover

The original Garrod & lofthouse patents pending flipback cover is in Excellent condition.Here is a description of all parts of this cover

FRONT: The laminated front has some edge creases and half moon creases near the opening..little wear and rounded corner tips

BACK: The back is fairly white with a tiny bit of ageing

SEAMS: These are nice with just a tiny split on the top opening

SPINE:This is also nice with no splits and the text is clearly readable

Labels

The black/yellow parlophone labels which have "gramophone co.." and "sold in uk" text are in Excellent/Excellent++ condition

Record

The record is unwarped and would grade excellent but on each side there is a needle scratch (about 2 tracks long) otherwise there are just hairlines in places,so it is in Very good condition

I have just played it and most of the tracks play well with a little static mainly between tracks but where the scratches are it clicks
