Description
This auction is for a second state paste over Beatles Yesterday and Today mono T-2553 record album,1966.
This record cover has not been peeled, only the right lower corner was peeled up a tiny bit by original owner, this is still intact, see picture. You can see in the picture on the left side of front album seam a little bit of the butcher cover from when the trunk cover was pasted over it.
This album has just a little ring wear on front and back, did not wear any of picture off though ,looks like dirt or dust ring.
Believe it or not I rescued this from a yardsale a couple of weeks ago, this was still tucked in a old wire record rack with some other records. After looking for 4 years for this album hoping to luckily come across it I am setting it free to a new owner that will treasure it.I hate to do it,but I must...the wife just bought a new home and we need to pay for tile in this house.
Okay, this has a number 6 on the back by the riaa symbol meaning if you dont know it was pressed in Los Angeles plant. The spine has no tears or splits except about 1/8th of inch of paper coming of the bottom and top of spine near the corners. The bottom right corner where the other owner tried to peel is split about a 1/2 inch. This still has the original paper orange sleeve it came with and it has about a 4 inch split on the bottom of it and a little tear near the top, the record itself is near mint that I can tell.Glossy!!!!These second states are getting harder to find unpeeled what I have heard.
So here is your chance to own a great record to add to your collection, and have a great part of Beatles history!Good luck.
