Description
THIS IS AN AUCTION FOR THE LP BY THE BEATLES ENTITLED "HELP" RELEASED IN 1965 ON PARLOPHONE IN THE UK IN MONO CAT NUMBER PMC 1255. THIS IS A VERY EARLY PRESSING WITH "THE GRAMOPHONE TEXT AND SOLD IN THE UK" TEXT ON THE LABEL . THE VINYL HAS THE MATRIX NUMBER OF YEX 549-2 AND 550-2.
THE HEAVY EARLY PRESS VINYL IS VISUALLY IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF LIGHT SUPERFICIAL MARKS BUT IT STILL LOOKS REALLY NICE. I HAVE LISTENED TO THE ENTIRE LP AT HIGH VOLUME AND IT SOUNDS GREAT. IT SITS NICE AND FLAT ON THE TURNTABLE AND PLAYS THROUGH WITHOUT ANY SKIPS OR JUMPS. THERE IS SOME VERY LIGHT BACKGROUND NOISE BUT OVERALL THE AUDIO IS EXCELLENT. THE LABELS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH THE KT TAX CODE ON SIDE 1.
THE ORIGINAL TRIPLE FLIPBACK E.J.DAY SLEEVE WITH THE OUTLINED MONO IS IN CONSERVATIVE VERY GOOD++ CONDITION WITH SOME VERY VERY LIGHT RINGWEAR AND CREASING.
OVERALL A REALLY NICE COPY.

The Lp will be sent in professional mailers and will be sent in the Uk recorded/special delivery at a cost of £2.50. I will pay the extra. The cost of postage in Europe is £4.50 . Anyone bidding who does not have feedback will have their bid cancelled straight away. I am very sorry about this but this is due to problems experienced in the past. Grading:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc
