Vinyl Grades

nm-= Record will play with just a touch of surface noise.  Rarely do older 45s get this high of a grading.

vg+= Record will have some scratches and surface noise.  Possible minor treble distortion with older 45s.

vg= Record will have some scratches and scuffs.  The record should play with noticeable surface noise, but not to distracting.  Possible treble distortion with older 45s.  Typical grade for older 45s.

vg-= Record will have scratches and scuffs that will affect the sound, but still listenable.  The record should play with moderate surface noise; with no skipping or very light skipping.  I usually only sell these if their collectible or older 45s.

g= Record will look beat and is purchased mainly for the labels and not for listening.  I rarely sell these records unless there highly collectible.
