Description

As much sought-after for its campy cover design as well as the LP that lies within, Diana Dors "SWINGING DORS" album remains a cult classic with an underbelly following. This 1950s original pressing is on the six-eye red Columbia label that is almost impossible to find in this great condition. A promising British actress as a child (she starred in the greatest film version of "Oliver Twist" with Alec Guiness in 1948, Diana Dors turned her attention to music as an adult. With a thoroughly awesome body that makes cheesecake look in dire need of strawberries, her full-bodied figure adorns the cover with class A cheese. The music is quite fine and readies you for a cocktail. The album cover will make you want two or three cocktails. Cheesecake indeed! MINT- vinyl. Clean with great luster! Just one or two very light surface scratches that are hardly noticeable. MINT- cover with a couple of tiny dings in the bottom edge . This is the best condition I have seen this album. Period!! A genuine collector's item!
