Description
Legendary punk classic and one of the first punk Singles from Scotland. BEE BEE CEE are from Edinburgh and kicked out only one 7”. The sleeve is in near perfect condition. The vinyl is in excellent condition. ‘You Gotta Know Girl’ on the A-side features all the elements of a `77 blaster. The excellent track on the flip titled ‘We Ain’t Listening’. Original first pressing, released on private mini-punk label ‘Rel’ records in November 1977 (catalogue number RE 48 S). With the band are Dave Gilhooley - Vocals, Bob Gilhooley - Bass, Callum McNair - Guitar and Zokko - Drums. ‘Rel’ records were founded by the Rel (Radio Edinburgh Ltd) Studio, and at about the same time as Bee Bee Cee were recording their single the REZILLOS were recording their second single ‘My Baby Does Good Sculptures’/’Flying Saucer Attack’ at the same studio. Again, sleeve and vinyl are in superb condition and how many times have you seen one that can be described that way!.
