Everything you need to know about the Vinyl Editions of Revenant's Box Set of Rare Beefheart/Rare Magic Band

A special vinyl edition of Grow Fins has been released on Table Of The Elements containing 6 LPs, a small poster (pictured above) and a 24 page libretto (pictured below). The six LPs were released over a period of time as three double vinyl sets. The vinyl set libretto features all the notes and most of the pictures in the CD book and the CD set will not contain the poster. Each volume of the vinyl edition contains the same libretto printed in different colours - useful for anyone who only wants one or two of the volumes.

The vinyl edition is limited to 3,000 copies World-wide.

The first pressing of the first volume of the vinyl edition has now SOLD OUT!!!.

The second volume was released on 21st September 1999. It is now SOLD OUT!!!

The third volume was released in December 2001. After a wait of over 2 years, volume three is now also SOLD OUT!!!

NB> As you may well know GROW FINS Volumes 1, 2 & 3 are LONG DELETED!!!  They are have proved to me one of the *ULTIMATE SETS of UNRELEASED MATERIAL of CAPTAIN BEEFHEART and HIS MAGIC BAND;  I was lucky enough to be involved in the process of research work from the beggining and dutifully supplied what tapes I recorded of the MAGNIFICENT Magic Band in the EARLY YEARS but even I was surpised when after MUCH CAJOLING I was sent an ADVANCE copy of the PROMO CD for this set..

Anyway Here's a RARE CHANCE to buy all 3 x DOUBLE LPs for Yer MISSUS for CHRISTMAS... I have NO IDEA what these will cost to post but I will charge ONLY THE COST!!!!  So the price I've listed for UK + ROW is an "ESTIMATE ONLY!!!!" (IF IT'S LESS I'LL CREDIT or IF IT'S MORE I WILL DEBIT!!!!)  I will post these RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY in UK and I would ADVISE anyone OVERSEAS to pay for INSURANCE or a REGISTERED DELIVERY SERVICE.. (Which if it is the same for 1 LP as for you 6 -  It' only £4.50p on top of POSTAGE OK???) but it is OPTIONAL at BUYERS request!!!!

PS.  I only played them ONCE!!! ( As I play the CD Set!!!) But they were all checked and should in LOVELY CONDITION. I'm putting a RESERVE of £99.00 but considering VOL 1 is like GOLD DUST NOWADAYS and is listed ONLINE in 1 or 2 places I know and the CHEAPEST is $100.00!!!  I've had to pay up to $25.00 EACH TO GET THESE SENT FROM USA + COST!!!! (This'll probably be one of the only chances this year to grab a SET in ONE GO!!!!)
