Vinyl near mint.
Booklet at least EX. A couple of minor handling half moon creases to front wrap, very light. The booklet is perfect bound (i.e. with adhesive), and the body of the booklet has detached from the outer wraps. This is merely due to age and there is no associated damage of any kind.
