Description

BEETHOVEN - QUINTET in E flat minor for piano and wind quartet / OCTET in E major for violin, two violas, cello, clarinet, two horns and double bass

VIENNA OCTET with WILLI BOSKOVSKY (violin) / WALTER PANHOFFER (piano)

This is an original black-and-silver label British pressing of DECCA SXL 2158. Around the top of the label it states "original recording by the Decca Record Co. Ltd. London."

The jacket is in good shape with minor back cover age discoloration. The LP is VG++ and plays with occasional light ticks.

In the dead wax on each side is the hand-written number 17. Opposite that is stamped ZAL-4463-1D on side one and ZAL-4464-1E on side two. Also on side one is a stamp ZAL-4000-1D which is crossed out with lines done by a machine.

Domestic US shipping: $4 for the first LP, $1.50 for each additional LP (NOTE: Because of eBay's unrealistic cap of $4 to ship an LP, shipments of less than 4 LPs will be sent via USPS Media Mail. Larger shipments will ship via UPS.)

First Class International Airmail: $18 for the first LP, $2.50 for each additional LP (NOTE: International shipments that exceed $100 in value will be shipped via UPS International at about twice the cost of first class international airmail.)
