BENGT HALLBERG LP S/T *1957 NED orig
Early album with this giant of Swedish jazz. Along with his trio at the time, Gunnar Johnson, bass and Anders Burman on drums. It contains a number of jazz standards; Dinah, Where or when, I´ve find a new baby, Body and soul, The touch of your lips, Sweet Sue etc... and also some of his own compositions; Frantic Blues, Dr.´s Special and So long blues.
Pensive moods around, great performance, recommended!
Notice, there is no existence of a Swedish release.
Hard, if not almost impossible to find something like NM condition. This copy is the best we have seen for years, still with several slight scuffs. Plays just fine though...
