Record: VG/VG+ (light marks, plays well with some light noise in spots. note: top corner shadow from photo and not a defect in record)
Cover: VG (textured cover with two 5 1/2" pieces of thin clear tape covering top and bottom seam splits. 1/2" side seam split)
